Macadamia GingerCookies

1 cup all-purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
3/4 cup chopped,Fastachi Salted Macadamia Nuts
1/4 cup finely chopped, Fastachi Australian Crystallized Ginger
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, and baking soda. In another bowl, cream together sugars and butter. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix on medium speed. With the mixer on low, add the dry ingredients a 1/4 cup at a time, mixing until combined after each addition. Mix batter for 1 minute. Fold in the macadamia nuts and Australian ginger.

2. Scoop the mixture into tablespoon sized balls and place on cookie sheet about an inch and a half apart. Bake cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. These cookies should slightly brown around the edges when you take them out. Take the cookies off the cookie sheet after about two minutes, and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
