Operations/Customer Service Associate We are currently seeking an Operations/Customer Service Associate to facilitate our wholesale, ecommerce, mail order and corporate orders and to oversee customer service. This key position will be the primary contact for our customers in the above channels. This position reports to owner and will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure order information is communicated timely and effectively to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. Daily tasks may include:
• Interacting with customers via email and telephone to drive sales and address issues • Picking, packing, and shipping orders • Processing orders - ecommerce, wholesale, corporate and retail • assisting Operations Supervisor and Owners in daily operations and special assignments.
