All orders are custom made upon receipt to ensure freshness and are shipped from MA Monday-Friday throughout the United States; selected ship dates and estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO's or APO's. Please note that we are also unable to ship outside the Continental United States. You will have the ability to choose the available shipping methods for your order during the checkout process. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
We offer our customers the option to create an account on our website to make ordering with Fastachi even easier. Once registered you can recall your order history, access your address book, and track orders.

Once a ship date is selected, the estimated time of arrival will be provided. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.
UPS 2ND DAY AIR
For faster arrival of your order, UPS 2nd Day Air shipping option is available. During checkout, once the ship date is selected the shipping rate and the estimated time of arrival will be provided. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Please note that the estimated time of arrival for some shipping locations may be more than 1-2 days.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Due to warm weather in your shipping location and estimated days in transit, the shipping method for orders containing chocolate will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day or have a $5 warm weather handling fee added depending on shipping location (April 15-October 25). To avoid chocolates from sitting in transit over the weekend, orders containing chocolate received at the end of the week will be shipped the beginning of the following week.
