Golden Berry Jam

2 cup white grape juice
4 teaspoon agar-agar flakes
1 cup Fastachi golden berries, finely chopped

total time: 5 hours

yields approximately 1.5 cups of jam

1. Combine white grape juice with agar-agar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the agar-agar has completely dissolved. Continue cooking for about 8 minutes.
2. Remove pan from heat and stir in the golden berries. Cover the saucepan and let sit for about 30 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into a food processor and pulse 4-5 times to release the golden berry seeds. Transfer to a glass jar. Put the jar in the fridge to cool for 1 hour, then stir the jam to keep the berries from settling to the bottom. Place jam back in the fridge for about 4 hours, at which time it should be set and ready for use.

Jam can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
