Enna's mission has been to explore the full range of exquisite flavors that can be found in chocolate, beginning with raw cacao beans from around the world. Each bean's origin boasts a unique flavor, which is elevated and honored in the preparation of its chocolate.
The Kokoa Kamili Cooperative pays its farmers more than 200% above the commodity market price, and also invests heavily in schools, roads, wells, and other infrastructure across their cacao-farmer communities. The beans they produce make for a luscious bar of chocolate with tasting notes of yellow and bright stone fruits, banana, and raspberry.

Cacao was brought to Tanzania by German colonists in the 1880s. These original groves have been supplemented and re-planted through various development projects in the past 75 years. The Kokoa Kamili Cooperative pays its farmers more than 200% above the commodity market price, and also invests heavily in schools, roads, wells, and other infrastructure across their cacao-farmer communities. The beans they produce make for a luscious bar of chocolate with tasting notes of yellow and bright stone fruits, banana, and raspberry.
