Dandelion Chocolate sources high-quality cocoa and carefully crafts single-origin chocolate to bring out the nuances of each bean. These beans were grown by producers across Ecuador and fermented by Vincente Norero. A medium roast and an extended conche time are used to mellow the beans' natural tartness and deepen their chocolatiness. Tasting notes include brownie, caffe latte, and roasted peanut.
