Enna's peppermint bark is made with all-natural crushed peppermint candy - just real peppermint and natural vegetable dye, no corn syrup - atop a lusciously smooth single origin 75% dark chocolate. Poured these with 75% Philippines "Tupi" Bon'Bulak dark chocolate, this cacao has a delicate floral quality that is paired with the bright freshness of peppermint.
