Roasted Pistachio Butter Details

Due to the natural character of pistachios being low in natural oils and the fact that we do not add oil, the consistency of roasted pistachio butter tends to be denser and lower in moisture than most nut butters; consistency and color vary from batch to batch. If desired, non-flavored oil may be mixed in to thin the pistachio butter if it becomes too dry.

Nut Butter Tips: Stir before use, as the natural oils will separate from the nut butter. Pistachio butter do not need to be refrigerated and will not spoil. Store opened nut butter in a cool, dry place (kitchen cupboard) and use it within three months. However, if you prefer, you may refrigerate.

I have never had pistachio butter and this was sent as a gift to me. WOW!!!! The texture is perfect, not too thin and not too thick. The taste is amazing, flavorful and intense. if you love Pistachio, don't even think about it, just get it. So fresh and delicious. I have used it on toast, on greek yogurt , ate it on its own. I am addicted!

Since I've had your butters before, I was surprised to see this one a little stiffer than what I've bought in the past. The pecan and hazelnut butters were smoother and creamer. This seemed dry. Is that normal. However, it is still delicous!

Certainly love this Pistachio Butter better than all the rest. The jar was almost gone the first day, good thing we got two. Dipped into the Peanut Butter and same thing, so good. Did not even open the Cashew Butter and we like that too. Fastachi is very fresh and tasty. We are return buyers for years now. Your going to like it, that's for sure! Jammin Salmon :)
