Walnut Macaroons

2 cup Fastachi Walnut Butter
3 Large Egg Whites
1 1/4 cup sugar
1.Preheat oven to 300. Lightly brush two baking sheet with vegetable oil and dust them with flour or line baking sheets with silpats (non-stick silicone liner).

2.In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form while gradually adding the sugar. Add the walnut butter and beat until just blended.

3.Drop batter from a teaspoon onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes, without allowing macaroons to brown. Remove macaroons from the baking sheet and cool them on a rack.
