Almond Sesame Bar

1  tablespoon  unsalted butter (for pan)
1 1/4  cup  white sesame seeds
3/4  cup  unsweetened fine shredded coconut
1/3  cup  roughly chopped Fastachi roasted almonds
1/4  teaspoon  kosher salt
1/4  cup  raw local honey
2 1/2  tablespoon  Fastachi almond butter
1/4  teaspoon  vanilla extact
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 8x8-inch glass baking dish with unsalted butter. Line the baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a considerate overhang, about 2 inches. In a medium bowl, mix together sesame seeds, coconut, almonds, and salt. In a small bowl, mix together honey, almond butter, and vanilla. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Scrape the mixture into the prepared baking dish. With a spatula, press firmly to create an even layer. Bake until the edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool until firm, about 45 minutes. Once completely cool, lift the out of dish, and cut into bars. Keep for 3-5 days in a air tight container.
