Fastachi's roasted cashews are roatsed to perfection. We don't add anything else to this already flavorful nut. Mix them with other nuts and dried fruits to create your very own special mix or indulge in a handful of cashew nuts by themselves. Either way don't feel guilty - as with all other nuts, cashews are considered healthy.

Cashews have a lower fat content than most other nuts; approximately 75% of their fat is unsaturated fatty acids. Cashews are also a good source of magnesium, high in proteins and low in carbohydrates, rich in copper which is needed for maintaining healthy collagen; a substance that lines blood vessels and supports the skin and joints.
Cashew Fact: Cashew nuts are actually the kidney-shaped seeds that grow at the bottom of the cashew apple, the fruit of the cashew tree.

Simply put, the cashews and almonds I get from Fastachi transformed the taste buds of everyone in the house. They are simply that good. If you ever doubted there is a supremely good nut example over any you have ever tried before, you haven't tried Fastachi nuts. Warning: you will accept nothing less than Fastachi nuts ever again.

These jumbo cashews are the best I have ever eaten. They are very fresh with no hint of the oil in which they are roasted. I had just bought some in a local store before I received these in the mail. The difference is notable. The others taste a little off because of the roasting oil. I highly recommend them

No longer buy grocery stores nuts after trying Fastachi The cashews and the chocolate cashew bark the best. Only negative is the limited on-street parking at their site, but they do mail order.

Always the best nuts and dried fruits. Cashews-great! Almonds-great! Pistachios-great! Walnuts-great! Glazed Apricots-the best! Only thing I miss are Pumpkin Seeds. You can't have everything, but Fastachi gets pretty close!

We have visited Fastachi many times during trips to Boston. The nuts are very fresh and delicious. We have tried many other sources for cashews and find these to be the best. I'm glad I can order them on-line if I am not in Boston to visit the store.
