disappointed with the pine nuts. very little flavor and consistency is not crisp, but rather soft and slightly "mushy"
Owner Response: Pine Nuts have different flavors and textures depending on where they are grown. Spanish Pine Nuts are the seeds of a variety known as stone pine. The raw kernels tend to be very delicate flavor with slight piney overtones and are typically soft. The great flavor and crunchiness of this variety are best brought out when roasted.
