Cranberry Nut Bread Recipe

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5” loaf pan. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Roughly chop the pecans and walnuts, set aside. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together butter and honey for about 1 minute. Stir in one egg at a time, making sure to blend well after each addition. Next, slowly stir in the orange juice. Add the dry mixture to the creamed honey in four parts, beating mixture after each addition. Fold in nuts and cranberries.
Transfer batter into prepared loaf pan, and cook for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serve warm with fresh nut butter or jam.
