Red skinned peanuts have the highest amount of folates compared to other nuts; folates are essential for brain development. Peanuts are also high in Vitamin E. My wonderful son and daughter-in-law sent me a gift package last November for my birthday...He should be getting a commission because since then I have made a monthly (and sometime bi-monthly!) order. Love the red skinned peanuts, roasted peanuts, cashews and dried fruits. Has been a healthy cure for the quarantine munchies...Super fast delivery, and the flavor and freshness can be beaten.

I don't eat peanuts often but I love red skinned peanuts and they are hard to find. Once again Fastachi has the best and hard to find in nuts and dried fruits.
