Organic dried white mulberries, the overlooked berries that grow wild, are a sweet and highly nutritious snack. The mulberry tree originally came from China along the silk road thousands of years ago, and grow wild throughout the United States. Mulberries are both sweet and tart, chewy and crunchy and can be added to smoothies, oatmeal, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. Of course, they are a great treat on their own.

An alternative to raisins, white mulberries are high in vitamin C, vitamin B, Iron, and antioxidants, and are a good source of fiber. Some health benefits include lowering cholesterol, reducing the risk of cancer, and preventing blood clots not to mention the anti-aging benefits of resveratol (an antioxidant).

Snacking on this powerhouse of nutrition is a good way to stay healthy.

Oz approved and yummy, the organic, dried while mulberries are better than I expected. Eating the recommended one third cup a day.

They are delicious! I use them with walnuts and pecans as a homemade snack and I add them to salads for a bit of healthy sweetness.

This is a semi-sweet nutty very flavorful yummy snack. I have tried other companies and the berry is dry and tasteless. My new best snack food. I have been using this as pre-workout snack, perfect energy boast. Crazy this stuff is actually good for you.

Delicious!

Boy these little dried babies are yummy! They are crunch and chewy at the same time, have a nutty caramel-like flavor and go amazingly with raw nuts and in other snack mixes. Try them! You won't be disappointed!
