Dried sour plums, not to be confused with its counterpart the prune, are tart and tangy in flavor. Dried sour plums are tasty on their own as a snack or add them to a multitude of recipes for cooking and baking for a little extra flavor.
Please note that dried sour plums contain sulphur dioxide for color retention and may contain occasional pit fragments.
